Bumper Protocol Release On Track As Protocol Reaches Final Roadmap Checkpoint

We’re excited to announce the next milestone on Bumper’s roadmap has been reached with our codebase having been passed to a Solidity smart contract auditor for security review.

This comprehensive audit, which will span over a few weeks, is a crucial step in our commitment to providing a secure and reliable platform for our users.

The audit will scrutinize our smart contracts to identify and rectify any potential vulnerabilities, ensuring that our platform is robust against any threats. This process not only reinforces the security of our platform but also allows users to feel confident in the safety of their crypto assets.

Announcing the update on Bumper’s Office Hours discussion, CEO Jonathan DeCarteret pointed to approximately around a 5-week audit timing, saying the audit marks “…a really significant milestone for us because it demonstrates that the code, and the implementation blocks that we had have all been resolved”.

The audit is being undertaken by an independent Web3 security company, and the completed report will be published on Bumper’s documentation pages, accessible to all once the process has completed.
